A: At Sperry Tents, we redefine the sailcloth tent experience with unparalleled craftsmanship, elegance, and quality. Unlike other sailcloth tents, our tents are handcrafted in a sail loft by master sailmakers (Sperry Sails) using genuine sailcloth, ensuring a signature nautical aesthetic that is both timeless and sophisticated.
Our ivory/oyster shell fabric creates a warm, inviting glow during the day and a beautifully illuminated ambiance at night, setting the perfect mood for any event while other tent covers have a distinct stark white look and a plastic/vinyl scent.
Q: What areas do you service?
A: We are the sole providers of Sperry Sailcloth Tents in the state of Washington and primarily serve Western Washington and the surrounding areas, but will travel to Eastern Washington, the Peninsula, and the islands as well. We are not currently servicing British Columbia/Canada.
Q: What size tents do you offer?
A: We offer a variety of tent sizes to accommodate events of all scales, from small intimate gatherings (10-20 guests) to large celebrations (300+). Our team can help determine the best size based on your guest count and layout needs.
Q: What type of ground is needed for installation?
A: We use stakes as our tents are pole tensioned so our tents are best installed on grass, but they can also be set up on other surfaces like gravel, asphalt, or concrete. Additional anchoring solutions may be required for hard surfaces.
Q: Do you provide any rentals outside of tents?
A: Yes! We offer a range of rental options, including dance floors, full tent flooring, lighting, sidewalls, leg drapes, generators, and more. Feel free to share your vision with us and we can see what we can accommodate. While we don’t provide tables, chairs, and dishware - we can recommend other vendors who we’ve worked with in the past and are amazing to rent from.
